Otogakure No Sato

As one of the lower ninja villages in the shinobi nation, Otogakure No Sato is quite small along with its ninja village. Ever since the death of the Sannin Orochimaru by Uchiha Sasuke’s hand, Otogakure No Sato also known as the Hidden Sound Village fell into a state of insecure weakness. Many of the powerful clans that once inhabited the Hidden Sound Village were all but been wiped out, through the Sannin's struggle to gain a powerful army to himself. The Sannin, along with several other clans that he had used to experiment on, wiped out the Fuuma clan of the Hidden Sound Village. The village to this date is still in a weakened condition to the point that it could be over run by one of its neighboring hidden villages.
