The last and one of the most affected from the shinobi clash a century ago, without much 'power' and 'wealth' to begin with the moment that the poverty began to spread through the streets meant sure demise of the nation. However with promising shinobi they entered one of their elite into the INT program and without an error their member was accepted, bringing back and restoring pride into their country. However they may be struggling for power and more money at this point, the people are strong and tough and will not falter with such ease.
